About Brella

Brella is run by its members. Steven Camden is responsible for maintaining the Brella site, it's hosting and overall concept while members are responsible for their own sites.

The co-op is exactly that : a non-profit co-operative established in the interests of providing a quality web presence at a nominal cost to musicians, artists, songwriters, independent arts-related promotion and management companies, labels, fanzines ... you name it. The prime requirement is that members have a similar vision of how they wish to be presented.

The ideas behind Brella are three-fold :

1. To provide an affordable means of maintaining a web site for musicians, bands, artists, labels, fanzines, etc.

2. As an identifiable and cohesive "umbrella" site under which members will benefit from co-operative promotion, publicity and media attention.

3. To foster an interaction between members with diverse skills, talents and ideas.
